OBSERVE: SENSES

Observe what enters through your senses... through your eyes, ears, nose, skin, aznd tounge. Watch how others act and express themself. "Smell the roses"

BODYSCAN

Lie down with your feet next to each other and your hands besides the body. Calmly scan the body, like you are going through an MRI. Go from your feet upwards. Take your time.

DEAR MAN

DESCRIBE the situation, EXPRESS your emotions, ASSERT your opinion, REINFORCE your thoughts, MINDFUL of your point, APPEAR CONFIDENT even if your not, NEGOTIATE your thoughts.

VALIDATE

Show that you understand the speakers feeling. Look at the world in there shoes. Avoid phrases like "I know how you feel" or "I have it worse"

FAST

FAIR towards yourself and others, stay APOLOGY FREE, STICK to values, stay TRUTHFUL

SMILE

Sometimes just smiling helps you feel better. Use a sticky note to let yourself know, you should smile!
